At the start of today's commission the French arrive strongly in the support of the resolution waving there tri-colored flags with fervent national pride. It seems they are truly hoping for the resolution they have with Israel and various other nations to get passed today, and seems to be this Nuclear Safety commissions last hope. We shall see if there display of pride proves potent.
